Chargualaf Reflection #4

Today I had a little bit of time to explore Google Earth.  I was able to travel from my school in Merizo to Niagara Falls in New York to the Eiffel Tower in France.  It was an amazing experience and I hope to take my students on a journey with me real soon.

I also found my third effective literacy site to blog about for today's assignment.  I was introduced to this site a few months ago and with the implementation of the Common Core State Standards here in our district, it's a perfect site for educators to know about.  The site is called LearnZillion.  You'll hear more about it in my next blog.

    I think it is great that you are starting to explore Google Earth! I have yet to even download the program. I spent the weekend researching more literacy sites.

    We are learning about maps in my reading class. I should definitely take my students on a tour on Google Earth. I know they would love it. Looking forward to reading your blog about LearnZillion.
