We Give Books.com

We Give Books

Pearson Foundation, and has hundreds of e-books available for kids to read free of charge .  In addition, the foundation donates books to kids in need around the world for all of your time spent on this site.  You can sort the books by content and age appropriateness.

All of the books available for online reading are children's picture books appropriate for children through age ten. There is a mix of fiction and nonfiction, a range of authors, and an equal balance between read-alouds and books for independent readers.  They add new books every month,  and they also offer seasonal books.

Here is a link to one of the many children’s books:  Jan Brett’s, The Hat http://www.wegivebooks.org/books/the-hat/reader
