J.Velasco Geo-Narrative Exploration
I've been on Google Earth since Sunday morning trying to figure out exactly what my Geo-narrative project would focus on. Because my students are currently learning about land forms, I've decided to have them take a virtual tour of different land forms found all over the world. I also want to create a graphic organizer for them to record information they will be able to read about as they click on each land form. I'm thankful that we were given a couple of days to explore and three days to create our project. Although this class is coming to an end, I feel like I still have so much more I need to do.

A graphic organizer is a very good idea. Having them take notes is a great way for them to take their time and actively participate on their tour. Thanks for the idea.
ReplyDeleteI agree, students need to be engaged in lessons and not just be active listeners. Having them involved will help them retain the information they've learned. Great job!
