Reading Rockets (http://www.readingrockets.org) is a literacy website that offers information and resources to educators, parents, and others who work with young readers. It gives research-based information and strategies to help children become better and confident readers.  Aside from these helpful resources Reading Rockets also offers some printable materials to go along with the literacy skills. 

This website is very user-friendly and it is easily navigated through.  Reading Rockets is filled with so much material yet its contents are well organized and seem to be very reliable.  The articles that they bring to this site are very informative and will be very helpful for anyone who is looking for ways to help a struggling reader.   It is a great resource to use to for those who have questions or seek advice regarding reading as they are regularly updating their materials.  

Reading Rockets offers various materials on their website.  Parents can find a wide variety of tips, articles and strategies to help their children.  Educators and school administrators can also avail to these resources and tips on how to help kids and their school.  Additionally, Reading Rockets also produces award winning PBS television program specifically about reading and early education.
