Engrade and the 5 Senses

I am hoping that I can make this unit more meaningful for my kindergarten students by developing and utilizing online activities, resources and quizzes.

  2. I have never worked with kindergarten students. However, I do believe that this generation is more accustomed to visual aids, and exposed to modern media, including cartoon-animated learning series like Dora and Blue's Clues. I think if you put videos or pictures in Engrade and use it as a set of online activities, or quizzes, it may promote to effective learning. Students at this age are visually stimulated and still exploring their senses. Therefore, this is a great lesson for your kindergarten students! I can't wait to see how you will approach your unit with this CMS!

  4. Although I teach at the secondary level, I think its very important that teachers should try to incorporate activities that use all senses so that activities are meaningful and engaging.
